▸How do I earn commissions?
You earn 10% of profit (the order's total minus what the products cost Statiofy) on every student order you help place. Commission is credited to your account as soon as the order is submitted with priced products.
Path A — Collect cash from a parent
Use the Quick Order Form to enter the order with the parent's mobile money transaction ID and a photo of the payment. Your commission is credited right away.
Path B — Share your Statio Code
Share your Statio Code with parents so they can order directly online under your name. (Online checkout attribution is coming in a future update — for now, Path A is the active way to earn.)
Path C — Send a photo of a filled form
Already have a parent's filled-in paper order form? Under My Students → Printable Forms → "Submit a Filled Form", send us a photo instead of entering it yourself. Staff will create the order for you — since they do the data entry, you earn 2% of the profit instead of the usual 10%.
Onboarding Reward — 500 UGX per student
The first time a student you personally added reaches UGX 5,000 in total paid orders (lifetime, through any channel — not just orders you place yourself), you get a one-time UGX 500 reward. It's tied to whoever added that student first and never repeats, even if they later move schools or teachers.
Welcome Bonus
Every approved teacher gets a one-time UGX 20,000 welcome bonus, split into two UGX 10,000 parts unlocked in different ways. The first UGX 10,000 unlocks once your total order value (revenue, not profit — so one good sale can do it) across all your orders reaches UGX 20,000. The second UGX 10,000 unlocks once your real commission earnings reach UGX 10,000, same as before. Each part becomes spendable the moment it unlocks — you don't need to wait for both.
Redemption rules
Once your balance (including any unlocked bonus) reaches UGX 10,000, you can redeem it two ways: Cash Withdrawal (minimum 5,000, always leaves at least 5,000 behind — paid out manually via mobile money, a staff member sends it and you confirm receipt), or Purchase Credit (instant, no approval needed — moves earnings into a balance you can spend right away on your own orders via "Order for Myself" in the Quick Order Form). Cash withdrawals can take up to 6 hours from request to money in hand depending on the amount — sometimes instant, sometimes a little longer, but it is always sent.
What if a product is new?
If you add a product we don't carry yet, it's flagged for staff to price. Your commission on that item is added once it's priced — everything else in your order is credited immediately.
