A quick guide to browsing, paying, and tracking your orders
Statiofy Pay is Statiofy's website for browsing school supplies, paying with mobile money, and tracking your order — no app download required. You can add it to your phone's home screen from the main page for one-tap access next time.
Scan a QR code on a product tag or chart — takes you straight to that item's pay page.
Browse All Items — tick everything you need, adjust quantities, and pay once for the whole list.
Browse Bundles — ready-made packs of supplies at a set price.
Pickup at Shop — for when you're paying in person at the shop.
Home Delivery — we deliver to any address you choose; a delivery fee applies based on distance, shown before you pay.
Find at School — for boarding students. Give us the school, student name, and class — no delivery address needed, we coordinate with the school directly.
Enter your phone number and tap Confirm Payment. Check your phone and enter your mobile money PIN when prompted. The page updates automatically once payment is confirmed — this can take a little longer on some networks, so please don't close the page while it says "Waiting for payment." A small transaction fee (3.5%) may apply, charged by our payment processor.
After paying, you'll see a link to track that order and a button to share it on WhatsApp. Lost the page? Tap Track an order at the top of any page to open My orders and enter the phone number you paid with. Every order tied to that number shows up with where it is (paid, packed, out for delivery, delivered), a button to confirm delivery, and its receipt.
Preorder for Next Term lets you save a shopping list now with no payment due — edit it anytime before you're ready to buy. When you're ready to secure your order, you can pay a partial deposit (minimum 80% on your first payment) instead of the full amount, and top up the balance later — track what you've paid and what's still owed from the same preorder link at any time. Can't find something on our list? Note it down there and we'll add it with a price; once it shows as "Added," come back and add it to your cart.
Every parent gets a personal referral link from Refer & Earn. Share it — when someone you invited places a qualifying order, you earn credit (UGX 2,000–5,000 depending on their order size). Your balance can be used as a discount on your own future orders.
Auto Clear lets boarding school parents pay clearance fees and items in advance, then simply show a QR code on reporting day instead of queueing. Register your school and student once, pay for any items school staff have set up as payable online, and track live clearance status from your phone. Ask your school if they're on Auto Clear — if not, encourage them to apply from the same page.
Keep an eye on the 🎉 Seasonal Offers link on the main page — it only appears when a limited-time bundle deal is running. Offers can be claimed instantly or preordered with a partial deposit, same as any bundle.
Sign in once on your device to skip retyping your phone number at checkout. If you have more than one child, add them all to your account — a "Who is this order for?" dropdown then appears at checkout and fills in the student's name, school, and class for you automatically.
